I am a broker and co-owner of TruBlu Realty, where my passion is serving our clients in the Triangle and surrounding areas in ways many real estate companies fall flat.
I’ve been in real estate for 25 years, and in the past have worked for big name real estate companies like Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX, as well as several small and medium size companies.
One thing I can tell you is these traditional real estate companies make much of their money by charging sellers exorbitant commissions. These fees are excessive and are ultimately unfair. If you are selling your home and looking for True Savings, there is a way.

(CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Graduate
• Launched first alternative/consumer-focused real estate model in
1991, giving home owners a great option to reduce the cost of selling
their home without compromising on service.
• Completes the most thorough market analysis possible, for home
owners, to arrive at a list price that will yield the highest sales price.
• Always advocates for the best purchase price for home buyers.
I love living in the Triangle area, and enjoy all it has to offer, including: the cultural and outdoor activities, and the beautiful parks and trails that run from Apex through Cary to Durham, and throughout Chapel Hill.
I enjoy visiting the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains and the beaches along the Carolina coast. I enjoy shopping at local health food markets, cooking, and dining at the wide variety of local restaurants here in the Triangle area. I also love spending time with friends and family.
