I’ve always held a firm belief that home is where the heart is. Home is the place where I feel connected to what’s most important in life. The idea of home and finding it or changing one’s vision of it inspires me, and drives me in my work to help buyers realize their dream of home ownership and help sellers move on to the next stage of their lives.
I’m also a firm believer that everyone works hard and deserves to get the most for their money. I’ve found that the best real estate model and a great way to help you when selling your home, is to offer a fair commission rate, 1% for true full representation, no cutting corners. I fully embrace this way of doing business because it ensures that sellers get the best return possible so they may keep the most value for (what may be their largest investment) their home.
When my husband and I moved to the Triangle Area with our four boys over 13 years ago, I embarked on my real estate career and I’ve not looked back since. My years of experience have exposed me to an amazing range of different scenarios and circumstances that can arise in buying and selling a home. Even after hundreds of transactions, I strive to keep learning in order to better serve my clients in all kinds of situations, and I strive to be the best partner to each client every step of the way.
